Statement from Smart Home Security
While many businesses are preparing to relaunch as the lockdown starts to ease, it is with a heavy heart that the team at Smart have to announce that we are not able to.
The pandemic has affected a lot of businesses and unfortunately as a business that operates primarily at shows / exhibitions and on the road visiting you in your homes, we have fallen through the gaps of most of the support available to traditional businesses. This has meant saying goodbye to colleagues, some of whom have been with the company since the start, and unfortunately means that we are unable to deliver the customer service levels that our valued customers have come to expect.
We are working hard to find a long term solution and will update you as soon as we are able.
In the meantime, we will continue to offer basic technical support by telephone and email (contact details below). We are also working with a network of installers to be able to offer additional products for your system and chargeable service calls should you require an onsite visit. If you have Delta Dore products, they will still be covered under their product warranty scheme, if applicable.
